The Letts Public Library's mission is to ensure that the public regardless of age, race or creed has the freedom to read and view, and freely choose from various sources of information and knowledge through a balanced collection of print and non-print resources. The library features current, high demand, high interest materials in variety of formats for persons of all ages and including preschool. The library serves the educational, informational and recreational needs of the community. The Letts Public Library promotes communication and the sharing of resources among all libraries located in Louisa County. Through the Southeastern Regional System, the library provides access to the resources of other libraries and agencies.

This resource is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by State Library of Iowa.
